VISITORS BEHAVIOR RULES
- Visitors should register their purpose of visit in the visitor gate entry register.
- In the circulation desk library staff will issue visitors barcode ID card, and return the same while you are leaving.
- The visitors is informed that they should not engage in disruptive behaviour while visiting our library. This is informed to protect an environment where we can best serve all of our patrons
- To have access to university library the visitors should have to show the valid ID cards issued by the institute where they are coming from. Without valid id card the visitors will not be allowed to enter the library. Entry is restricted for those who are producing expired IDs.
- Cellphone conversation inside the library is strictly prohibited.
- Visitors should not use inappropriate words and comments
- Sleeping in tables is not allowed visitors should avoid using tables for sleeping.
- No loitering.
- Pay the necessary service charges applicable to visitors by cash if you avail any of the pay and use services inside the library
- Entry to e-library is restricted for visitors the access is ment only for university current enrolled students and research scholars of this university.
- Failure to comply will result in your immediate dismissal from the library.
- The visitors were permitted to reffer books, periodicals, theses, and model question papers. However they were not allowed to borrow the resources.
- If a visitor is intended to reproduce a part of library resources, in a day he/she is allowed to photocopy only 15 pages, as per the copyright act.
